Voters rejected A and B, but the battle to stop the tower continues

Children's Hospital Oakland, a private nonprofit, wants to build a12-story high-rise right next to family homes in the Lower Temescal district of North Oakland. Measure A asks Alameda County voters to help pay for this tower.
